While we strive for accuracy in allergen detection, MenuGuard uses optical character recognition (OCR) and keyword matching which may miss allergens or produce false results. Restaurant ingredients and preparation methods change frequently. MenuGuard cannot guarantee that allergen information is complete, current, or accurate.
Restaurants and menu items you add are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you add. MenuGuard is not liable for any harm arising from inaccurate information you have entered.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MenuGuard and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on this app, including but not limited to allergic reactions, personal injury, or medical expenses.
All content, design, code, and materials in MenuGuard are owned by MenuGuard and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
